About Our Owner
Supermoon Rafts owner Rich Harral aka "DJ Super moon" has over 30 years of river floating experience as well as over 35 years of product development , manufacturing, and sales experience. His love for floating began at the ripe young age of 16 on his first trip to the Spring River in Hardy, Arkansas. It is on the Spring River that his love for rafting developed into a lifetime passion. In 1991 he graduated from Arkansas State University with a Degree in Wildlife Management. The summer of 1991 he completed his internship with The National Park Service at Ozark Scenic Riverways on the Upper Current River. In addition to floating 16 miles a day and serving as “Ranger on the River” his duties included teaching proper paddling techniques and floating safety. For the last 18 years Rich has spent almost all of his free time in the warm months at his river cabin rafting the Spring River. He has developed a very keen concept of what product features work best in rafting. Lessons that only lots of time on the river can teach you.
We are excited to introduce Supermoon Rafts Rockstar Raft and Supermoon Paddles. They are a culmination of his floating experiences and his passion for great products. We hope you choose to float Supermoon Rafts and enjoy our products as much as we enjoy bringing them to you.
Happy Rafting!
